Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
To secure your booking with The Pretty Party Boutique, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before your event. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in event cancellation.

Changes:
Once a deposit is made, the reservation is considered final. Changes to the reservation cannot be made, and items originally reserved cannot be removed. However, you have the option to add additional items to your reservation if they are available. Any changes or additions must be made at least 14 days before the event date. Late requests may incur additional fees.
​Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will incur the full rental cost. Payments, including deposits, are non-refundable due to weather conditions. However, you may reschedule or opt for indoor equipment at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Weather Policy:
We cannot set up outdoors during rain or severe weather for safety and equipment integrity. Refunds for equipment like bounce houses will not be issued if the event cannot be held outdoors. Indoor setups are available where feasible.

Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule due to weather must be made at least 3 days before the original event date and are subject to availability.

Equipment and Services:
All equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as delivered. Dirty equipment will incur a cleaning fee. While we maintain our equipment in excellent condition, minor imperfections may occur.
Setup and Teardown:
Setup times vary, so please ensure venue accessibility and adhere to agreed-upon times. Teardown typically requires at least 1 hour. Setups cannot be completed within 30 minutes, especially for larger events.

Pick-Up and Late Fees:
Pick-ups should be scheduled within 30 minutes to one hour after the event, no later than 8 PM.

Delivery Requirements:
Ensure easy access for delivery. Failure to comply may result in fees or cancellation without refunds.

Damage:
The Pretty Party Boutique is responsible for damage caused by us and has insurance for repairs. Damage by guests may incur fees.
