 Terms and Conditions

To secure a booking with The Pretty Party Boutique a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours before the event. Please note that the event booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged by The Pretty Party Boutique.

Cancellation by Customer:
If a customer decides to cancel their booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to The Pretty Party Boutique via email. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the event, the full rental cost may be charged.

Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:
In the event of rain, strong winds, or other inclement weather conditions that may impact the safe use of our equipment or negatively affect your event, we recommend having a backup plan (such as an alternative indoor location). The Pretty Party Boutique is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by weather conditions, and the deposit remains non-refundable. We encourage customers to monitor the weather forecast and notify us as soon as possible if they wish to discuss alternative arrangements.

Rescheduling:
If the customer wishes to reschedule the event due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by The Pretty Party Boutique. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled event, provided that the request to reschedule is made at least 3 days before the original event date.

Cancellation by The Pretty Party Boutique:
In the rare event that The Pretty Party Boutique needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment malfunction, staff unavailability), the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, The Pretty Party Boutique will offer the option to reschedule the event or receive a full refund of the deposit and any other payments made towards the rental.   

Equipment Rentals: 

We take pride in maintaining our equipment in picture-perfect condition. While we strive to keep everything in impeccable shape, please understand items could have minor imperfections. We're committed to ensuring your event's success and safety, and we appreciate your understanding as we provide you with high-quality rentals.

  

Hassle Free Delivery: 

To ensure a successful and safe delivery, the following requirements must be met for all our rental equipment:

  1. No Steps or Stairs:

    • The delivery location should be on a flat surface with no steps or stairs leading to it.

    • Please ensure that there are no obstacles or obstructions that may hinder the delivery team from accessing the area.

  2. Wide Walkways:

    • The delivery path to the designated setup area should be free from narrow walkways or passages that may restrict the movement of the delivery team.

    • It is important to measure and confirm that our equipment can be comfortably maneuvered through any doorways, gates, or passages leading to the setup location.

  3. Avoid Sand Walkways:

    • Sand walkways are not suitable for bounce house delivery as they may impede the movement of the delivery equipment.

    • Please ensure that the delivery path does not include sandy surfaces or loose gravel that may make it difficult to transport the bounce house.    ​ 

Clients are accountable for informing us all necessary delivery requisites. If an attendee arrives at the event without providing the necessary easy access walk ways for our team or fails to comply with the requirements stated in the this policy,​ their reservation will result in a fee or automatically canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the canceled reservation.

Damage by Our Team:

In the rare event that our rental equipment inadvertently causes damage at your location, rest assured that we take full responsibility for addressing it. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to ensure that any unforeseen damages are promptly repaired or replaced. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we are committed to resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.  

 

Damage by Guest:

In theIn the unfortunate circumstance of damage occurring to our rental equipment by one of our customers, we have a structured process in place. We kindly request that any incidents be reported to us as soon as possible. Our dedicated team will assess the situation and determine the necessary steps for repair or replacement. Please be aware that a damage fee may apply. Additionally, if we arrive at pick-up with excessive amounts of dirt on our rentals, please be mindful that a cleaning fee will be incurred. Furthermore, we kindly ask that you watch your children at all times. We understand that accidents can happen, and we strive to work collaboratively to ensure a satisfactory resolution while maintaining the quality of our services.

 

By submitting the deposit, you acknowledge your agreement with The Pretty Party Boutique's  

terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
