Baby Shower Decorations in Geneva, IL

How can I plan baby shower balloons and backdrops in Geneva?

Charming baby shower decorations in Geneva featuring elegant balloon arrangements, Fox River backdrops, and beautiful artificial flower displays for this picturesque Kane County community. The Pretty Party Boutique can review your colors, room dimensions and backdrop ideas for an event-specific proposal. Share the venue address, date, access window and whether the display is indoors or outdoors; the rental pieces, installation method and collection arrangements must be confirmed before booking.

Choose a Geneva rental category before designing the entrance

The district's request form lists Sunset Community Center, Stephen Persinger Recreation Center, Peck Farm Park, Island Park Pavilion, River Park Wedding Rental and Wheeler Park's south pavilion. These are distinct settings, not variations of the same room. Select the actual facility and tell us whether you need a ceremony focal point, a reception photograph area or a welcome display. The venue choice should lead the design discussion.

Book the working window as well as the party

The Geneva form specifically asks applicants to include setup in the start time and cleanup in the end time. Build one schedule covering furniture placement, catering arrival, décor installation and collection. For an indoor gathering, avoid planning a full backdrop installation during guest check-in. Ask the district what access is actually granted before choosing a design whose assembly depends on extra, unbooked time.

Keep wedding and pavilion requests distinct

River Park Wedding Rental appears separately from Island Park Pavilion and the other options on the request form. If your day includes a ceremony and a later gathering, describe both uses rather than assuming one selection covers them. Identify whether any décor would need to move, who approves each placement and where the photo session happens. A two-location design needs a real transition plan, not just matching colors.

Public venue information is planning context, not evidence of our past work, a local office or a venue partnership. Confirm current room terms and decoration rules directly. Delivery and availability require review of your exact event address, date and setup needs.
