Adult birthdays

Start with the mood of the evening, not a stock theme. Rich contrasts can suit a dinner party, while a tonal palette works well in a lighter room. Choose one strong photo setting and let the rest of the decor support it. The installation should still leave room for seating, service and conversation.

Kids birthdays & first birthdays

A first birthday can center on a cake backdrop or family portrait area; older children may want a more expressive theme. Tell us which colors and details matter most rather than requesting every element in an inspiration photo. Ask about relevant kids-party rental options and confirm their availability separately. Balloons and their fragments must remain out of young children’s reach.

Sweet 16 & 21st birthdays

Plan a photo area that works for friends arriving together and for group pictures later in the event. A backdrop with a name or marquee number can define the milestone without overwhelming the space. Consider how the colors will look under evening lighting and where guests will queue.

30th, 40th, 50th & 60th milestones

Marquee numbers give the age a clear place in the design; balloon styling adds movement and depth around them. We can discuss the balance between a statement installation and a more understated gathering. Share the number, available floor space and electrical access when requesting the combined quote.

Build a complete birthday photo moment

A balloon backdrop, a garland and a marquee number are different ingredients, not interchangeable packages. Choose the main focal point first, then identify useful rental additions. If a photo booth is part of your plan, include the provider’s footprint and technical needs; ask us to confirm any booth offering separately.

Frequently asked questions

Can you create an adult birthday setup without a kids-party look?

Yes. Describe the atmosphere you want and share your venue or table styling. Palette, finish, scale and restrained personalization can make the installation appropriate for an adult event.

Can I add marquee numbers?

Browse our marquee number rentals and include the age in your inquiry. Availability, power requirements, delivery and coordinated balloon placement are confirmed in the proposal.

Can you recreate a photo I found online?

Use it to communicate your preferences. We will discuss an original arrangement suited to your space, budget and available rentals rather than promise an exact copy of someone else’s work.
