Where can I request a bounce house or jump house in Gilberts?

The Pretty Party Boutique provides bounce house and jump house rental options for celebrations in Gilberts, subject to date and address review. Browse the actual inflatables, compare dimensions and request an event-specific quote. The setup surface, clearances, access route, power, supervision requirements and weather arrangements must be confirmed for the selected unit and venue before a booking is approved.

Use Gilberts' separate applications to define the event

The village's parks documents page lists a pavilion rental application, splash-pad application and several distinct court and field applications, alongside a reservation calendar and parks policy. That separation is an important planning clue: one activity should not be assumed to include another. Describe the whole event to the village, then ask which reservations are necessary. The decorating plan can show a clear celebration hub without implying exclusive use of every nearby amenity.

Make the pavilion the gathering hub only if it is reserved

For a field-based company day, determine whether lunch, awards and photographs will happen at a separately approved pavilion or within another authorized area. An athletic-field permit is not enough information to size a dining backdrop. Mark the gathering point and the route from the activity on a simple plan. This lets a balloon welcome guide guests to refreshments without obstructing players, officials or equipment movement.

Read the calendar as one part of the process

Gilberts publishes a park reservation calendar, but seeing an apparently open period is not the same as receiving approval. Check the current application and confirm the date with the village before committing to a detailed installation schedule. If the event combines a splash-pad session and a pavilion meal, request written clarification of both areas. Share the resulting instructions with the decorating team so the setup stays within the agreed reservation.

Public venue information is planning context, not evidence of our past work, a local office or a venue partnership. Confirm current room terms and decoration rules directly. Delivery and availability require review of your exact event address, date and setup needs.
