What should I check before renting soft play in Alsip?
The Pretty Party Boutique offers soft play rental options for Alsip event inquiries. Review the actual set’s pieces, recommended use and dimensions, then share your event date, full address and a photo of the proposed setup area. Indoor floor space, outdoor surface conditions, access and collection timing affect the plan; confirm the selected items and venue rules rather than assuming every set suits every child or location.
Build an Alsip shelter celebration around the permit
Alsip Park District lists Apollo, Barnes, Laramie and Sears park shelters with different capacities. That makes the actual shelter—not simply an Alsip address—the starting point for a decorating plan. A compact family gathering at Barnes needs a different footprint from a larger Sears Park picnic. Send the shelter name, guest count and table arrangement so the display can mark the celebration without consuming the space guests need for eating and circulation.
Reserve before committing to the installation
The district directs applicants to complete rental requests in person at Apollo Recreation Center, 12521 S. Kostner Avenue. It also states that each shelter is rented only once per weekend. Treat a preferred Saturday as a request until the district confirms it; do not schedule equipment delivery based on an empty-looking calendar. Bring the proposed balloon placement and any additional rental equipment into the permission conversation.
Keep the picnic plan compatible with park rules
The shelter page prohibits DJs, glass containers and open fires except in permanent district grills. If the celebration includes speeches, catering or an evening photo session, review the full plan with the district rather than assuming a shelter booking covers every activity. A freestanding welcome display and coordinated table accents can create a finished event setting without requiring an amplified entertainment area or attachments to the shelter.
Public venue information is planning context, not evidence of our past work, a local office or a venue partnership. Confirm current room terms and decoration rules directly. Delivery and availability require review of your exact event address, date and setup needs.
