What should I check before renting soft play in Forest Park?
The Pretty Party Boutique offers soft play rental options for Forest Park event inquiries. Review the actual set’s pieces, recommended use and dimensions, then share your event date, full address and a photo of the proposed setup area. Indoor floor space, outdoor surface conditions, access and collection timing affect the plan; confirm the selected items and venue rules rather than assuming every set suits every child or location.
Choose the floor, not just the Forest Park building
The Park District of Forest Park distinguishes its second-floor and third-floor rooms, with different listed capacities, from Roos Pavilion and Park Pavilion rentals. That distinction should carry through to every supplier. Ask for the precise room, approved delivery route and furniture layout before selecting an oversized backdrop. For outdoor events, identify the particular pavilion instead of relying on the broad park name; a photo sent without a location label can be misleading.
Check vertical access for an upstairs reception
A floor number does not tell us whether the usable vendor route includes stairs, an elevator or a narrow landing. Have the venue confirm the route and any equipment dimensions it can accommodate. An installation assembled in smaller sections may fit the access better than a single large structure. Keep the doorway and landing free of decorative elements so arriving guests are not immediately stepping around supports.
Scale the pavilion plan to its separate rules
The district lists a 50-person maximum for pavilion rentals and prohibits barbecues or open flames in the park. If the original concept includes a large catered cookout, revisit the event format before designing the balloon feature. Use the confirmed seating arrangement to choose a modest welcome position or photo area, and ask about outdoor support methods rather than treating pavilion posts as available attachment points.
Public venue information is planning context, not evidence of our past work, a local office or a venue partnership. Confirm current room terms and decoration rules directly. Delivery and availability require review of your exact event address, date and setup needs.
