What should I check before renting soft play in Lombard?
The Pretty Party Boutique offers soft play rental options for Lombard event inquiries. Review the actual set’s pieces, recommended use and dimensions, then share your event date, full address and a photo of the proposed setup area. Indoor floor space, outdoor surface conditions, access and collection timing affect the plan; confirm the selected items and venue rules rather than assuming every set suits every child or location.
Give Paradise Bay gatherings a dry celebration plan
The district's rental page lists Paradise Bay Water Park at 437 East St. Charles Road and describes private group rentals alongside pools, slides and other water attractions. Those amenities explain why an event needs a defined dry gathering point rather than decor distributed around activity areas. For a business outing or family reunion, ask where check-in, refreshments and photographs may happen. The water-park listing is not blanket permission to install balloons beside the pools.
Place the message where arriving guests can use it
A company name or reunion message is most useful where the approved arrival sequence brings people together. Ask the facility contact whether there is a suitable dry area outside wet circulation and away from access to slides or pool supervision. Keep any photo queue separate from admission and changing routes. An intentional welcome point can provide the event's identity without adding unnecessary obstacles throughout an already active setting.
Treat a venue switch as a layout revision
The district lists multiple rental settings, so a change from an aquatic outing to an indoor or golf-related gathering should trigger a fresh brief. Carry over colors and messaging, not assumed dimensions or installation methods. Ask the new venue about furniture, ceiling clearance and approved surfaces. For a weather-dependent event, determine the actual cancellation or alternative-location arrangement with the operator instead of expecting a second district venue to be available automatically.
Public venue information is planning context, not evidence of our past work, a local office or a venue partnership. Confirm current room terms and decoration rules directly. Delivery and availability require review of your exact event address, date and setup needs.
