Balloon Decor & Arch Delivery in Flossmoor
The Pretty Party Boutique plans custom balloon decor for celebrations and business events in Flossmoor. Share your date, event address, colors and a photo of the setup area so we can discuss delivery, installation and a quote for your space.
Match the décor brief to the kind of Flossmoor venue
The village identifies Coyote Run as a public course operated by Homewood-Flossmoor Park District, while Flossmoor Country Club and Idlewild Country Club are private clubs. The distinction affects whom you approach, not whether decorations are automatically permitted. Give us the confirmed venue contact and booked room or gathering area. A club name on an invitation does not describe the reception space, delivery entrance or installation conditions.
Separate the golf activity from the reception
For an outing associated with Coyote Run or a private club, ask where registration, awards and dining will actually happen. A balloon display at an approved check-in point serves a different purpose from a backdrop behind a speaker. Have the venue review both locations if you want décor in more than one place, and do not assume that a dining booking includes course-side placement.
Treat Irons Oaks as an environmental venue
The village describes Irons Oaks as an environmental learning center jointly operated by the Homewood-Flossmoor and Olympia Fields park districts. If it is your intended location, ask which gathering space is approved before developing décor. Keep the proposal independent of trees and habitat areas, with an explicit removal plan. An organized nature-based event should not be treated like unrestricted use of a conventional banquet lawn.

Frequently asked questions
Does the village book every venue on its recreation page?
No. The page identifies different operators, including a park district, private clubs and a joint district project. Contact the venue itself about your event and outside vendors rather than treating the municipal directory as a common reservation system.
What is useful for a Flossmoor golf-event quote?
Provide the club or course name, the specific reception or registration area, and the event manager's instructions. Include whether the display stays in one place; movement between golf and dining areas needs separate practical and venue review.
