Balloon Decor & Arch Delivery in Lake in the Hills

Keep the gathering footprint distinct from the Fen setting

The Village lists Barbara Key Park, The Fen and Dome Hill together at 9191 Pyott Road. Amenities include shelter rentals, parking, picnic space, an overlook, fishing and several courts; the listing gives sunrise-to-sunset hours. That combination calls for precise scoping. Ask which shelter and surrounding area your reservation covers, then plan the decor within that footprint rather than treating the entire directory listing as one rentable event space.

Use the shelter as the guest rendezvous

A map pin at Pyott Road gets visitors to the property, but it may not identify the correct gathering point. Include the shelter confirmation and a marked pedestrian route in invitations and supplier notes. Place a welcome sign or balloon focal point where the host is permitted to receive guests. Avoid using a recreation court or the overlook as an overflow photo location unless the Village specifically approves that use.

Plan removal with daylight and the site boundary in mind

The park listing publishes sunrise-to-sunset hours. Confirm how your rental's access and removal requirements relate to that window before scheduling an evening celebration. Keep the installation self-contained and ask what support methods are acceptable at the selected shelter. With the Fen and open-space setting nearby, plan a complete material collection rather than using the surrounding landscape as storage, attachment points or a place for leftover decorations.

Frequently asked questions

Where do we start a Barbara Key Park shelter inquiry?

The Village's Barbara Key Park listing links directly to facility and shelter rental information. Use that route and name 9191 Pyott Road. Confirm the exact shelter and permitted footprint before sending the decorator a final installation position or supplier arrival time.

Does the park listing authorize decor at the overlook?

No. The listing identifies an overlook as an amenity, not as an approved decoration site. Ask the Village whether that location can be used for your event. A shelter reservation should not be interpreted as exclusive control of every listed feature.
