Balloon Decor & Arch Delivery in Batavia

Bennett Park illustrates why the delivery address matters
The district lists Bennett Park in the 2000 block of Rockwood Lane, North Aurora, with a rentable shelter and grills. Its page also notes minimal shade and no on-site bathroom or water fountain. Those details should influence more than the invitation: they affect how long guests comfortably stay, where refreshments go and whether an outdoor balloon focal point is appropriate for your particular gathering.
Plan a compact picnic rather than an assumed banquet venue
For an employee picnic or family milestone at Bennett Park, start with the shelter reservation and essential guest services. Confirm your arrangements for drinking water and restrooms before committing to an elaborate reception layout. Balloon décor should support the gathering rather than take over the available sheltered space. Ask for a measured shelter photograph so seating, food service and the photo area can be considered together.
Treat sunlight as a design constraint
Because the district specifically describes limited shade, a sunny site visit is more useful than a generic inspiration photograph. Show us the side of the shelter receiving afternoon sun and the intended event time. We can discuss a smaller, sheltered focal point instead of an exposed perimeter installation. Keep any proposed base placement distinct from the grill area and the asphalt walking route.

Frequently asked questions
Who handles Bennett Park shelter inquiries?
Batavia Park District directs shelter inquiries to its district office at 630-879-5235. Confirm the current reservation process and decoration conditions with that office. Booking décor does not reserve the shelter or establish permission to attach anything to it.
Should the quote say Batavia or North Aurora?
Use Bennett Park's actual North Aurora location and identify Batavia Park District as the operator. That combination avoids confusing a district service area with a municipal address and helps distinguish this shelter from another Batavia-area park.
