Design for Muehe's split levels and separate booking office
Muehe is at 7151 Hartford, while the district directs availability inquiries to its office at 8100 S. Beloit Avenue. Keep those two addresses distinct throughout planning. The rental page lists a patio, restrooms and a countertop/sink area, which gives hosts useful layout choices but does not make every surface an approved decorating point. Share a room sketch showing refreshments, seating and the intended focal area before deciding how wide the balloon installation should be.
Check the route between the door and display
Because Muehe is split level, ask staff which entrance decorators should use and whether any steps lie between unloading and the reserved space. Photograph the route rather than sending only a wide room image. Larger assembled structures may need a different installation approach from tabletop pieces. Keep the transition between levels clear so guests are not navigating supports while carrying food or moving between conversations.
Use the rental window as a design constraint
The district requests two weeks' notice and publishes a minimum rental period. Confirm the current access arrangement directly, including what happens if the chosen installation needs more preparation than the venue allows. A focused backdrop with coordinated accents may be more practical than decorating both levels and the patio. The scope should reflect the confirmed working window, not an assumption that staff will open early.

Frequently asked questions
Where should a decorator deliver for a Muehe event?
The facility page identifies Muehe at 7151 Hartford in Bridgeview. The Beloit Avenue address is the district office used for rental inquiries. Give suppliers the event address, the approved unloading point and an on-site contact to prevent the booking office becoming the delivery destination.
Can the patio be included in our balloon design?
The district lists a patio among Muehe's amenities, but that is not specific permission for an outdoor installation. Ask whether your rental includes that area and whether freestanding supports are acceptable. An indoor version should remain an option if outdoor conditions make the patio unsuitable.
