Use the Palos Hills contact, not a similarly named community

The City's recreation page identifies the Community Center at 8455 West 103rd Street and provides recreation@paloshillsweb.org and 708-430-4500. This gives hosts a checked local contact for room and event questions. It does not publish a complete private-event rental specification on the page reviewed. For a corporate recognition program, anniversary or other celebration, ask staff to identify the appropriate facility and agreement before treating the Community Center address as a confirmed delivery destination.

Request room information that changes the design

Once staff confirms an eligible space, ask for its usable dimensions, furniture arrangement and entrance instructions. A department address alone cannot tell a decorator whether the event has a stage, low doorway, shared corridor or separate serving area. Send the event purpose and attendance with these questions. That lets the balloon proposal respond to the actual approved room rather than a generic community-center image found during venue research.

Separate office access from the event schedule

The municipal page publishes Community Center hours and explicitly advises confirming specific hours. Do not use that schedule as a promise of decorator access or a late collection window. Have the booking contact approve setup and removal as part of the event arrangement. If another venue ultimately hosts the celebration, replace the municipal office address in every supplier note so rental deliveries follow the contract rather than an early inquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Palos Hills Community Center confirmed as a private-party venue?

The checked recreation page establishes its address and department contacts, not a full private-party rental offer. Ask the City about your proposed use. We can develop a room-specific design after the venue confirms eligibility, the booked space and supplier conditions.

Which local contact should verify a municipal event location?

Use Palos Hills Recreation at 708-430-4500 or recreation@paloshillsweb.org. Name the event and proposed property, especially if earlier research returned another Palos community. Written confirmation of the actual room and address is more useful than a general recreation listing.
