The village directs rental applications, fees, applicable deposits and specified documents to Parks and Recreation at the Community Center, 4170 Morse Avenue. Divide the field-day plan into its actual bookings
If a company outing combines games with a picnic, ask which field and shelter arrangements are required. Place the main balloon display with the reception or awards area rather than assuming a field reservation authorizes structures beside active play. Include any additional furniture in the proposed footprint. The separate tennis category should also remain separate: a reserved court is not evidence that nearby picnic space or an adjoining event area is included.
Separate application delivery from event delivery
The Community Center address is where the village instructs applicants to submit their rental materials. It is not automatically the destination for balloons at an outdoor event. Once approved, send the decorator the actual park, structure identifier and operator-approved unloading point. For a shelter or tent design, also ask who authorizes supports and attachments.
