Plan a Niles room event around its permitted hospitality
The district's room-rental page presents spaces for family events and meetings, including Pioneer Park Field House at 7135 North Harlem Avenue. Its alcohol prohibition is a material venue-selection issue, not a minor decorating detail. If an alcohol-free gathering suits the occasion, use the available footprint for conversation, refreshments and photographs. If it does not, resolve the venue choice before developing a design that depends on a bar or drinks-service area.
Give refreshments a deliberate visual role
An alcohol-free corporate or personal event can still have a refined welcome and serving arrangement. Establish the actual food and beverage permissions with the room contact, then choose whether the balloon feature belongs at check-in, behind a dessert display or at a separate photo wall. Avoid letting a decorative serving station consume the only clear passage between tables. The goal is a hospitable room, not a bar-shaped plan carried over from another venue.
Use the field-house address, not the office address
For a Pioneer Park Field House booking, keep the facility's North Harlem Avenue address on delivery instructions and guest communications. District offices and event rooms are not interchangeable destinations. Ask which entrance reaches the booked room and where equipment may be unloaded. A recent photograph showing the approach and inside doorway helps establish whether a wide entrance feature is appropriate or whether the celebration should be framed farther inside.

Frequently asked questions
Can a Niles Park District room host our cocktail reception?
The checked room-rental page states that alcohol is prohibited in park-district facilities. Discuss the event format with the district before booking. If alcohol service is essential, choose an appropriate confirmed venue rather than developing decor around a service arrangement this source does not permit.
Which address should we use for Pioneer Park Field House?
The room-rental listing gives 7135 North Harlem Avenue. Confirm the entrance and room on your reservation, then use that event address for the decorating brief. Do not substitute a district administrative address simply because it appears in general contact information.
