Compare Dolan's room combinations with the Regent layout

Mundelein Park and Recreation District lists Dolan at 888 Dunbar Road and the Regent Center at 1200 Regent Drive. Dolan's rental information distinguishes Room 2 from the combined Rooms 2 and 3; Regent is described as a 2,000-square-foot room with a dance floor and commercial kitchen. For an adult milestone or corporate celebration, those differences shape the floor plan more usefully than a generic guest-count estimate.

Protect the dance and presentation space at Regent

If the evening includes dancing, draw the usable dance area before adding a large photo installation or extra furniture. Regent's listed public-address system and kitchen make it possible to discuss the whole event flow with staff, but neither establishes where decor can be attached. Ask about a freestanding backdrop location that works for photographs and speeches without intruding on the dance floor or the catering path.

Specify the booked Dolan rooms and kitchen separately

A proposal based on combined Rooms 2 and 3 should not be used unchanged if only Room 2 is confirmed. Have the host identify the room combination, any kitchen arrangement and the desired table plan. For an activity-led company gathering using the gym as well, ask which connecting routes remain available. Keep the celebration backdrop out of athletic play space unless a non-athletic setup has been expressly approved.

Frequently asked questions

Can one quote cover either Dolan or Regent without changes?

A preliminary concept can compare options, but the final layout should be facility-specific. The district lists different room formats, amenities and addresses. Confirm the venue before fixing backdrop dimensions, furniture quantities or the supplier route into the building.

Does Regent's patio automatically expand the indoor guest area?

Do not assume that. The rental description includes a patio or deck, but the permitted event footprint and capacity should come from staff. Ask how exterior use relates to your booking and weather plan before locating tables or balloon decor outdoors.
