Read the facility-specific notes before choosing suppliers
The district lists Arrowhead Golf Club, Ray Morrill Community Center, Cosley Zoo, DuPage County Historical Museum, Mary Lubko Center and Memorial Park. Arrowhead carries a specific note directing renters to its event coordinator about preferred-vendor-list details. The directory also includes Sensory Garden Playground with a Lisle address. These details reinforce two checks: supplier arrangements belong to the chosen facility, and a district directory entry does not guarantee the delivery address is in Wheaton.
Resolve the Arrowhead vendor conversation directly
For a corporate reception or social event at Arrowhead, ask its event coordinator how outside decor and rentals are handled before interpreting a district-wide vendor reference. Send the proposed installation, arrival needs and supplier details for review. Keep the decorator's scope distinct from venue-provided services. A polished reception plan should explain who supplies the backdrop, tables and any additional furnishings rather than relying on assumptions about a golf-club package.
Use venue type to organize the room survey
A museum reception, zoo event and community-center gathering have different surroundings even before any specific rules are applied. Request a current plan of the booked space and ask which existing features, guest routes or program areas must stay clear. Then choose the balloon focal point to support that setting. Do not import a restriction from one property into another, or assume a broad capacity listing describes the particular room reserved.

Frequently asked questions
Does the district's vendor information apply identically at Arrowhead?
The facility directory flags Arrowhead separately and tells renters to consult its event coordinator. Resolve the current supplier arrangement there before committing to outside decor or furnishings. A general district listing should not be treated as approval of an individual vendor.
Can every facility in the Wheaton directory use a Wheaton delivery address?
No. Sensory Garden Playground is listed at 2751 International Drive in Lisle. Verify the actual property address from the reservation, even when the inquiry begins through Wheaton Park District, so service eligibility and delivery instructions are based on the correct destination.
