Make Eisenhower's actual event space part of the brief
Lan-Oak's facilities page locates Eisenhower Community & Fitness Center at 2550 178th Street in Lansing, Illinois. It confirms the facility and contact information, but does not establish that any particular room is rentable for your event. For a reception, group recognition or family gathering, first ask staff which space can be used and whether your proposed outside décor fits that room's activities and access arrangements.
Distinguish a community room from fitness circulation
A community and fitness center can have people arriving for purposes unrelated to your celebration. Once the district confirms a suitable space, ask where your guests should enter and whether a welcome display may stand outside the room. Keep the design inside the area you are authorized to use rather than assuming the main lobby belongs to the event. Request a photograph showing doors and nearby circulation.
Keep the administrative and delivery details separate
The same district page lists a parks and maintenance garage at 17551 Chicago Avenue. That address may be useful for district operations, but it should not appear as the event delivery destination unless staff specifically directs you there. Put the facility name, approved entrance and room identifier on one delivery note. For a corporate gathering, give the on-site host's contact rather than only a general office number.

Frequently asked questions
Is this Lansing information for Illinois?
Yes. The checked Lan-Oak Park District page identifies Lansing, Illinois, and lists Eisenhower Community & Fitness Center at 2550 178th Street. Include the state and ZIP code in your inquiry to avoid confusion with other cities named Lansing.
Does the facility listing confirm balloon decorations are allowed?
No. It establishes the location and district contact, not the terms for your event. Call Lan-Oak at 708-474-8552 to confirm the usable room, booking process and décor conditions before treating a proposed installation as approved.
