Choose the right Minooka pavilion before sizing the feature
Minooka's rental page distinguishes the Aux Sable Springs east pavilion by the splash pad from the west pavilion by the woods. Lions Park's small pavilion is listed without electrical use, while several other options have light electrical service. The page also warns of restrictions at Aux Sable Springs during summer-camp hours. Confirm your exact structure and date with the village before planning a welcome installation or coordinating other event equipment.
Use structure dimensions, not the whole park
The village publishes different pavilion measurements, making a measured plan especially worthwhile. Show the picnic-table arrangement, approved balloon footprint and remaining circulation on the same drawing. At the smaller Lions pavilion, a broad entrance treatment may consume useful gathering space; a compact side feature might be the better request. If lighting or other rentals need power, disclose that separately rather than assuming every pavilion has an outlet available for event use.
Check camp restrictions and seasonal support
The village's page says Aux Sable Springs Park, fields and trails close during summer-camp hours. Ask how that applies to your proposed date and vendor access before announcing an arrival time. Also confirm current restroom and splash-pad availability for the event period. A pavilion booking should be planned around the facilities actually operating, with a clear guest arrival route and an agreed removal arrangement that does not conflict with scheduled programs.

Frequently asked questions
Why specify east or west at Aux Sable Springs?
The village identifies separate pavilions, one by the splash pad and one by the woods, with different dimensions. The exact structure affects the gathering layout and delivery destination. Send the reservation name rather than only 'Aux Sable Springs' so the design is scoped correctly.
Can we assume electrical access at Lions Park?
No. Minooka's page lists no electrical use for the small pavilion, while the large pavilion has light electrical service. Confirm your booked structure and any equipment needs with the village. Balloon decor and other rental equipment should be planned without relying on an unconfirmed power source.
