Keep Olympic Park's event plan inside its permitted footprint
Schaumburg Park District places Olympic Park at 1675 East Old Schaumburg Road and states that soccer and softball fields require rental permits. Its page also warns against parking in neighboring residential properties or the KinderCare lot. Those details should appear in the event operations plan: guests, suppliers and staff need a common understanding of where they may arrive, gather and place equipment.
Separate a field permit from sponsor-display permission
A permit to use a field does not by itself establish where a balloon arch, sponsor sign or reception table may stand. Ask the organizer and district to approve the social or presentation area outside active play. Identify the player route, spectator route and photograph queue on the same sketch. Avoid choosing a dramatic location solely because it appears in a wide promotional photograph of the complex.
Send parking instructions to every supplier
The district explicitly limits parking to designated Olympic Park areas and names neighboring properties that must not be used. Include the approved parking map or instructions in the décor delivery brief, together with the carry route to the event area. A large sports complex can involve a significant distance between parking and setup. Ask for the actual assigned field and meeting point rather than using the main address alone.

Frequently asked questions
Can we place an arch on an Olympic Park field without a rental?
The district says soccer and softball fields require rental permits. Even with a field reservation, ask separately about the proposed décor and its supports. Neither open park hours nor a sports schedule establishes permission for an event installation.
Can delivery use a neighboring parking lot for convenience?
Do not plan that. Olympic Park's page prohibits parking in the named adjacent residential properties and KinderCare lot. Arrange an approved parking and unloading approach with the organizer or district, and communicate it before suppliers arrive.
