Follow the operator at Winmoor and Glen Oaks
The village's recreation page places the pool, Community Center, tennis and basketball courts at Winmoor Drive and Glen Oaks Drive and directs program inquiries to Dundee Township Park District. This identifies the local facility cluster, but does not establish that all of it can be rented together. A gathering inside the Community Center, a pool-related event and a court activity require different use questions. Confirm the actual assigned space before deciding which part of the guest experience balloons should mark.
Distinguish the gathering destination from adjacent recreation
If you are arranging a Community Center event, ask the district to confirm the room, entrance and permitted event functions. Do not describe the delivery merely as Sleepy Hollow pool if guests and equipment belong elsewhere in the cluster. For an adult reception or family celebration, establish a photo area within the approved space rather than spreading into shared approaches. Send vendors the same annotated location instructions so food, furniture and decor arrive together.
Make any activity add-on an explicit request
A nearby court or pool can suggest an appealing activity before a meal or awards presentation, but proximity is not permission. Ask the district whether the activity is available and what additional booking or supervision arrangements apply. Keep the balloon feature in the approved gathering area and out of active recreation routes. If the event changes location during the day, plan the transition without assuming the installation can travel through shared facilities.

Frequently asked questions
Who should answer Sleepy Hollow Community Center use questions?
The village directs inquiries about the Community Center, pool and nearby courts to Dundee Township Park District at 847-428-7131. Confirm the current contact and explain the exact event space you want; the village's recreation listing is not itself a reservation.
Does a Community Center gathering include the adjacent pool or courts?
The village lists those facilities together geographically, but it does not establish a bundled rental. Ask the park district to confirm each requested activity and area. Your decor plan should reflect only the locations actually approved for the event.
