Name the Randall Oaks shelter, not just the park
The district places Front Shelter closest to Randall Oaks Zoo and two playgrounds, describes Back Shelter farther southwest along the road, and identifies Community Shelter on the park's south side with a kitchen and bathrooms. Its picnic-area category is smaller and separately listed. These differences are practical: a food-heavy reception may need different planning from a picnic followed by activities. Use the booked shelter's actual amenities and location rather than assuming every Randall Oaks reservation offers the same setup.
Give the approach route a shelter-specific plan
For Front Shelter, consider the visitor movement associated with nearby zoo and playground destinations and ask where your group should gather. For Back Shelter, provide its name and a marked arrival point so vendors do not stop at the first shelter they see. Put the delivery meeting contact on the schedule. A welcoming balloon feature should identify your approved gathering area without redirecting unrelated park visitors or implying that nearby attractions are included.
Use Community Shelter's amenities without overextending the booking
The district lists a kitchen and bathrooms at Community Shelter, which can materially affect a reunion or corporate picnic layout. Confirm how those amenities may be used and where serving tables belong before choosing the photo zone. If your group instead reserves a picnic area, do not borrow the Community Shelter's features in the plan. Additional guests or an expanded footprint should be discussed with the district rather than accommodated by spreading decor and furniture outward.

Frequently asked questions
Which Randall Oaks shelter has the listed kitchen and bathrooms?
The district identifies those amenities at Community Shelter on the park's south side. Confirm their use in your booking and share the serving plan before decor is positioned. Do not assume the Front, Back or picnic-area options have an identical arrangement.
Does a Randall Oaks picnic-area reservation include a shelter?
The district lists picnic areas separately from the three shelters, with different descriptions and group guidance. Use the exact category on your reservation. If shelter coverage or more space is important to your event, resolve that with the district before ordering the installation.
